Comments:
Personally, she is a model judge & must be one of the best there is. She worked hard to get elected and seems to believe she is there to provide a service to the community. But I do not think she handled my undue influence case fairly and the facts in her decision followed the will proponent's. She is getting the reputation of being especially hard to win a will contest before. See Linich. https://www.newyorkprobatelawyerblog.com/a-new-york-will-contest-needs-substantive-evidence-to-succeed/
Ultimately, I am sorry to have wasted the time and money to not get a fair hearing. The opinion was not balanced either and a one sided argument for denying the will challenge when the truth is a crime was committed.
