Litigant

Rating:1.0
Comments:
The rating scale should start from -10 instead of 0 precisely for this reason.

A random individual selected off of the street has better sense of right from wrong than this sorry name of a judge.

According to his rulings, truth, facts, evidence or otherwise are meaningless. He closes his eyes on all and rules in Plaintiff’s favor regardless

I WANT TO KNOW HOW IN THE WORLD HE IS STILL A SUPREME COURT JUSTICE AND WHY MY TAX MONEY IS PAYING HIS SALARY?!!!

Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:1.0
Comments:
A disgrace. Took four months to make a decision on a simple motion and apparently didn't read the pleadings or the motion.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NY8915
Rating:2.5
Comments:
It is a shame that this man is paid by tax payer dollars. Other than sucking oxygen from the room, he served no purpose during the trial. He was openly favorable to my adversary admitting that he knew him for 30 years, yet refusing to recuse himself. The issues were not complex, yet Judge Peck refused to listen to or consider any law. Members of the bar who spend countless hours preparing for a trial and the litigants who pay tens of thousands of dollars for that service deserve more than a judge of this low intellectual caliber. Judge Peck should be demoted to traffic court, a venue that suits his proven abilities.
