Has limited knowledge of the law. Is not respected by her peers. Has horrible temperament. Won't be surprised when she is disbarred.

Judge Polk seems to favor the mother who NEVER has the children and is too busy dating/doing drugs. She Discriminates against men and fathers who should have their children. She's not at all fair and belittles you in the court room and does not allow you to speak.

Heavily biased towards the plaintiff/plaintiff's attorney, presents with an annoyed temperament, does not seem at all concerned with safety of child but simply concerned with the rights of the non custodial parent who has a very recent history of drug addiction, a domestic violence conviction, and neglect, all substantiated. Yet she rules in favor of the abuser repeatedly while allowing his attorney to keep adjourning dates for months so that he can pass a drug test. Unbelievably biased and I fear our child is in danger under her judgement.
