Very unfair, favors mothers Wish she would give fathers a fair chance. Fathers are very needed in a child's life. Boys need dads as role models, too mature and to have a that father figure. So that they don't end up incarcerated. Both parents are equal, if each one is fit. But fathers wishing to be fathers, fill that missed role, for a father to teach his son.

Justice Culley has a good disposition. Conscientious in her work. One of the few if only Judge that will call to let you know divorce judgment has been signed.

Justice Culley works very hard and really cares. More judges should be like her as her decisions and approach are fair and, as a judge sitting in matrimonial court, always thoughtful of what is best for the child. We are lucky to have her in Queens County.
