If there were zero's to give, indicating beyond awful, that is the rating that would be given to this Judge. I echo the comments of clueless and incompetent. Her ability to understand involved cases is awful, she does not have a clue about the rules of evidence, she is totally biased in rulings. This judge should be off the bench.

I thank my lucky stars that I was merely an observer at a recent trial instead of a participant. "Clueless" Dabiri should be this judge's nickname. She exhibited zero knowledge of the law and evidence. She precluded a plaintiff's attorney from offering evidence about the seriousness of a collision between two vehicles. She would not allow him to use photographs or the deposition testimony of the defendant. (Apparently, an engineer is needed to testify about the causation of the injuries. A doctor is not good enough.) This judge must know someone in high places, because Small Claims Court is the highest court that she should be presiding over. This was an atrocious assignment. The positive reviews here must have been written by her friends. (Those positive reviews have prevented her from making the "10 Worst Judges" list, which is where she belongs.)

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. The only problem I had with her is that she tends to be a little impatient and inflexible about witness scheduling. Other than that, she knows what she's doing and she's much, much, much better than many of the other judges in Kings County (e.g. Judge Larry Martin).

She is the worst judge i have ever seen. she is has discriminated against me, the plaintiff, an out of state lawyer in a foreclosure case. Allowed the African American defendant to lie, cheat and steal from me. She ruled in favor of my SJ and then acted against it by granting the plaintiff a TRO, the night before I was supposed to foreclosure on the property he has operated his business in for four years without paying me a penny. She didn't even grant my request for him to post bond, instead i lost about $10,000 defending this motion that has stalled my foreclosure for months. absolutely disgusting behaviour on the part of a judge. a true racist and complete dumby

Without a doubt, this is the dumbest judge on the bench. Neither plaintiff nor defendant wants to gamble on her rulings. More suited to sit in small claims court. It is difficult to explain to a client who has waited 5 years for justice that this imbecile will have a dramatic affect on his life.
