Rating:3.0
Comments:
Destroys landlords lives. Only sides with tenants. I got a great idea. Put the tenants in your house. See how you like no rent and to repair things that are not broken. I ask her to think about the landlords losing their homes because of her decisions. Where the tenants go? Once the house is sold for more money? Then rents go up more. Think about affordable housing for the tenants by helping the landlords keep the houses for the tenants. Don't run the landlords out of business.

Rating:1.5
Comments:
She seems to not have any understanding of due process.

Lacks an understanding of notice and opportunity to be heard.

Refuses to examine documents in the record.

Prefers reading her newspaper on the bench to taking the time to do her job.
