Judge Davidson has a poor grasp of the law and no understanding of ethics. She refused to transfer a case where a party was a supervisory court attorney in the same courthouse. Research revealed public reports indicate that she presided over a matter brought by child protective services (CPS), even though she knew the mother of the abusive parents, and ordered CPS to return the child to the abusive parents and the child was killed by the abusive father later. If she didn’t learn the need for recusal from that experience, she does not fit to be a judge.

I had the privilege of appearing before this judge years ago. Not only is she fair, but she is thorough in regards to the safety of a child. She is aware that domestic violence impacts children and CARES. She gets is right legally, and upholds the law.

It is too bad she is not still on the bench in WP Family Court, as there is a judge there now who was just moved, though not moved far enough-- and she is an absolute danger to the lives of children.

One word to describe Judge Davidson: fair. She cares about people. She is smart, capable and trustworthy. I have to say that there are few judges that could hold a candle to this amazing judge.
