This woman has also joined in the destruction of my daughter! Now that she has left the bench( good ridence) I find it amusing to read what was written of her as being such a fair honest woman !
Imagine being told that a loving mother could not send her young daughter a care package to camp or better yet not tell your child you love them!?
I could only imagine what a horrible grandmother mother this wicked woman is ... I wish you grief Sara Lee thank goodness you’ll be off this planet soon one day !!!

She was absolutely the worst judge: she was on a power trip, and biased, and I had a strong feeling she was taking bribes or favors, because she was grossly unfair, and demonstrated a complete lack of common sense, not to mention the law. Does she even know the law? Or does she just not care? I was shocked to learn that she opened her own matrimonial practice. What a joke. She single-handedly killed my trust and belief in our justice system. She is rude, arrogant and definitely influenced by something other than the law, and the best interest of the child didn't concern her whatsoever. Still, there is the mirror that she looks into every morning. That's the ultimate revenge. We all dusted ourselves off and carried on with our lives. She wakes up ugly every day, for the rest of her life.

extreme bias towards defendant
Problems included:
--ignored interests of child in divorce case
--did not require documented evidence of income from defendant, so child support determination was based on completely false and unverified information
--forced sale of family apartment, distancing child from school and peers, disregarding welfare of child
--forced untimely, rapid settlement with no notice, and no time to examine defendant before judge, thus leaving record very one-sided
--undocumented, outrageous, counterfactual statements of husband/father accepted at face value, whereas any problems raised about conduct of father and his parenting in custody case were held to a standard of proof worthy of a murder trail.

In sum, she seemed to be trying to establish a record as a supporter of "father rights" in a case where any unbiased observer would instantly realize that his suit for custody was an attempt to avoid child support. His behavior in not working for several years previously, stealing family income, siphoning off funds by mortgaging the family apartment and sophisticated, deceptive financial maneuvers were ignored. His rights were fantastically defended and asserted, so that his child is now living in a dangerous neighborhood, has no money, while he is comfortable, scarcely sees her once a month, and has even thrown out her bed and bureau, after telling the court he wanted her to spend half of every week, vacation, summer and holiday with her living with him. Saralee Evans believed that. Naive, prejudiced, and ultimately, devastating legal opinion that wrecked the life of this child.

This judge is absolutly an abuser! She knows nothing about the LAW--She will destroy people including children. She is a procrastinator, And for anyone to say she knows and could tell when someone is bs the court, it must of been her writng this cause anyone who sat in this courtroom and watch how she works--between playing with her glasses and the rolling of her eyes its no wonder she can't read papers to make proper decesions. She should of been removed a long time ago! Unfortunatly she has destroyed many lives in which her maker will one day confront her with!

Absolutely the worst judge - a waste of time and money!! I am disgusted at the amount of tax payer resources wasted in her court room. In a soceity that prides itself in the "rule of law", she singularly makes the common person lose faith in the legal system!! She is dangerous to the institution of the courts.

This judge is truly the worst. During my time in her court she destroyed two individuals representing themselves...and seemed to enjoy it. My lawyer presented on of the best motions I have seen and she dismissed it without even reading it! She started reading the paperwork AFTER she had made her decision. I feel bad for anyone that has to appear before her.

One of the smartest and kindest judges on the bench, who compliments good advocacy, even if she doesn't always reward it. Has refused to dismiss meritless actions because of pro-plaintiff bias, but is so nice about it that you cannot fault her.
