Comments:
Does not seem to grasp the issues, even in relatively simple District Court matters. Chronically late; in the cases I have handled before her, she never took the bench before 10:30, often was not even in the Courthouse by 10:00. Not at all interested in what you might have to say about your client, her mind was made up long ago.
