This nasty woman is a perfect example of why Family Court proceedings MUST be open to the public, and all court proceedings subject to audiovisual recording. NYC Family Court judges must be elected by the people, and must realize that a family's need for therapy or other professional help is not a legitimate basis for violation of the sanctity of family relationships, our most fundamental freedom.
