I have appeared before Judge Furfure many times on a wide variety of cases. She is smart, hardworking and always a pleasure to deal with. She treats litigates with respect, is always prepared and expects counsel to be prepared. She is not tolerate of lawyers that "pound the podium" as a distraction for bad facts, bad law and general lack of preparation.

This judge discriminates against veterans and used my military and a decision to not give me a pistol. Very liberal judge, Steuben county needs to get rid of her

I think this judge is racist aginst men. I have been battling through court for over three years and the judge never listens to anything I present to her. I think she uses her power to get what she wants and doesn't care about the needs of individuals being wrongfully accused

A startling lack of knowledge, or perhaps lack of regard for, the law. Fundamental mishandling of even simple, well accepted legal principles. Seems to want a case to come out a certain way, then just decides that way with little regard for the strength (or lack thereof) of that position. Eminently appealable, because she often states the reasons for ill-conceived decisions on the record, sometimes capturing complete misstatements of the law.

This Judge uses her position to direct the outcome of her choice, disregarding the evidence. If things aren't going the way she would like them to she stalls the process and even shelves a case so it can't even be appealed. A very dangerous person to have in this position.
