It is obvious this so called judge made a decision of his OWN no jury because he was in a hurry, he was A DOCTOR, Judge, JURY, NEURO DOCTOR, and psychiatrist, something made him do this? To boot he didn't want the complaint to even testify!!!!!

I waited an inordinate time for a decision on a motion--and I'm convinced that the decision was written by someone who, if they went to law school, finished at the bottom of the class.

A very nasty individual. Will occasionally undercut the District Attorney's Office on a plea offer, but that has nothing to do with you. Not pleasant to be on trial with. A former police officer. The Administrative Judge for the Criminal Courts. Sets the tone. Difficult trial for the defense with long sentences afterwards.
