Judge Giacomo has to quit -- period!

The man is a complete lost cause - as a judge he had no command of his courtroom and seemed inept at best. Very sad and disconcerting that this man is now in charge of peoples lives.

This judge was in my opinion, incapable of making independent decisions. He was bullied by an agressive law guardian, and a court clerk. My experience was in 2006, and he may as well have been a lamp post in the court room as he did not display leadership, knowledge or command of the courtroom. A total lost cause as a judge.

Unbelievable that this guy is a judge. If there was a minus (10), a negative thats our opinion. It’s really sad day when this guy is on the bench.

This guy has a sneaky way and his past we believe explains it all also he associates with the wrong type of citizen when he thinks no one sees him. The talk on the street is just that

He was a star the day he took the bench. Trials before him are always what they should be. Decorum, courtesy, scholarship, and infinite patience gently combined with the ability to (very rarely)stop short anyone who is out of bounds. A trial judge of choice.
Wish I drew him more often.
