Unfortunately in this county it is him or the other who is worst. The best I can say about him is it is good to be in front of him during the track season as he will expedite the few cases before him to get to the track by the first race!

His Honorless Countenay HA-HA-HA Hall is a joke on Families, I am a father who had a lawyer repersent me and i got threatened TWICE by this joke"you had better say the same and "you will do what i say when i say it" I am not a dog n...,I see NO JOKE WHEN IT COMES TO MY CHILDREN ,The Jokidicial Commision said it was O.K for him to threaten me and would do nothing about it..The only good thing is my son no longer lives in Saratoga County so Courtenay has no say about my children anymore..HE IS A BIASED P.O.S ..

Judge Hall went against his own rulings. Was predjudiced against me when I represented myself. He was angry and cold. He did not read the final order before he signed it. It was incorrect and he refused to correct it. He was biased and showed obvious favoritism to the father who was able to afford representation.

Completely bias. He favors the plaintiff and tends to lean toward the father. This is HIS courtroom and dont you DARE attempt to speak out of turn or try to stick up for yourself. DO NOT attempt to be seen in front of him without representation.
