Observed Henry testifying at the trial mentioned in another comment herein. She was a prosecuting attorney for the City of New York and tried an 8 year black child (Henrey is snow white) for "elevator surfing" in the New York County (Manhattan) family Court. She lost that case and the City Housing Authority was sued. She testified that the prosecution of the 8 year old child was wilfull and deliberate and was specifically designed to "teach" him, and others, a lesson. The jury was out for less tha 35 minutes(a new record?) and awarded the child 3.5 million dollars. I guess she was taught a "lesson" in Americian jurisprudence. The insurance company disclaimed as it was never told that the New York City Housing Authority was being sued. In additon, the City Housing AUthority tried to evict the child and his family before the Family Court case even went to trial. Just another malicious act by the NYC Housing Authority and the NYC Corporation Counsel's office. But they got what they deserved-a 3.5 million dollar verdict against it.

This women's stupidity, and vindictiveness, cost the NYC Housing Authority 3.5 Million Dollars. She should have been disbarred but being a political hack, and a companion to Michael Bloomberg, she got herself a judgeship. She admitted, under oath, that she willfully prosecuted an 8 year old to teach him a lesson.
