Arlene Katz sued for Civil RICO in her trial proceedings 59196/2016. Has a lot of 'splain' to do!

As a tenant's attorney, I have been before her, and found her very pro forma and reliant on statute to the detriment of a tenant. Summary proceedings are, for her, particularly summary.Time is of the essence. If appearing before her, make your points quick and strong.

I don't understand the comment before mine -which is very positive for tenants. It hasn't been my experience. But I hope it may be so in the future.
