Comments:
I now know why people go off the deep end with the law. This judge actually slept through he proceedings during my brother's trial and, when he was awake, did not pay attention at all to any of the litigation going on. Evidence and testimony apparently mean nothing to him. You would get better and more professional (and fair) results from a blind man using a stick.

Litigant

Allowed his ruling to be overturned by Tarrantino with no change of circumstances other then court misconduct by Tarrantino and lies, due process, discovery and evidence submission by prose litigants in his court ignored, misconduct by Suffolk County Judges and attorneys deny due process and all commit misconduct in collusion violating Color of Law and Due Process. They violate oath and professional ethics to coverup their misconduct illegally.youtube.com Suffolk County Court Corruption
