He is a blithering Idiot - he can't even remember what came out of his own mouth five minutes earlier. He is not competent to retain information nor does he have any abilities for seeking resolution for litigants. He clearly had not read the file - or truly is impaired. All comments are true below.

I have the same assessment as the comment below. Erratic, inconsistent. You simply never now who is going to show up behind the bench. Makes wild, baseless assertions. Shows little to no interest in facts. Seems closed to any ideas other than his own.

He does not listen to the mother's side of the story, favors the father's rights no matter how bad of a person he is. He gave visitation to someone who is a compulsive liar, a drug addict, a drug dealer and lying blatantly in court about his home address. He is living with a felon and he stated that he lives with his mother. This judge is very unfair. I would not recommend him for Family Court.

This judge is a wonderful judge, he truly represents America's value i.e.. Slavery, hypocrisy, cronyism, nepotism,racism,discrimination,and so forth, we need more asswholes like him to really piss law abiding citizens off. Anarchy needs a catalyst!

Hon David Klein ignores facts, keeps facts out of the case, and caters to his own (or the law guardian's) pre-determined outcome.

He has demonstrated complete and total willingness to ignore facts before him and prevent facts from coming into a case.

Hon. David Klein has demonstrated complete and total incapacity to deliver justice, on multiple occasions.

It would be hard to find a Judge that demonstrated worse behavior and courtroom mannipulation. This has been evidenced by professional(s) that testify for a living.

He is a disgrace, corrupt, along with a total God complex. He is beyond bias and soon, very soon, will be investigated...one reason is throwing out a petition that should my child had been abused and this was "founded" by cps and he threw out my petition for no reason what so ever. Since that time my children have been tormented and the abuse continues. How can this man not be asked to step down as he is, has, and will continue to damage peoples lives, unexplicably children's lives. A total disgrace to justice and what family courts should stand for. What goes around comes around and when it is his turn may God have mercy on his soul.

He puts children in danger.He needs to step down as a judge before he ruins more families lives. Judge David Klein is a disgrace to the bench and a danger to our families. He does not follow the law. He creates his own laws that destroy families for no reason. The question is Why? What does he gain from his horrific decisions? Instead of following the law, using common sense and the various resources to help broken families; he decides with who has the most power, money and influence. Why is he allowed to put our children at risk?- because he can with no recourse. I caution any family- man or women to seek help elsewhere- because this man will only hurt your child(ren)and destroy your family!
