Most biased and unfair judge. Should be removed instead of promoted. More wrong than right.

Comments:
I went be fore the judge to interpert a prenup agreement. Instead, the judge ordered us to mediate our settlement. It did not matter to the judge that we tried to mediate ourselves and failed horribly, we tried through church and failed horribly, tried through court ordered mediation, and with a mediator, failed horribly. Because NeMoyer is afraid to make a decision, he ordered mediation anyhow. when my attorney told me what the judge ordered, I told my attorney we just lost the case because I refused to try again. And I knew NeMoyer would not like that. And I lost the case. I appealed, and the appellate court, all agreed, NeMoyer was as wrong as he could be. Aftefr I lost in NeMoyers court, I went to three additional lawyers, beyond the one I was working with, all instantly said the Judge made reversable error. How could NeMoyer be so wrong? Because he was mad and he allowed his judgement to be swayed because he actually had to work for his paycheck, and he did not want to do that. He is a poor judge, how should not be allowed to sit on the bench. Any judge who allows his decision to swayed by his own desire to not make a decision should not be a judge. The judge ordered for us to settle a divorce even though we were not in his court to settle a divorce. He ordered mediation knowing we could never mediate a settlement after three failed attempts. We went to him for interpertation only. Something he was both unwilling and unable to do

Even tempered with full knowledge and love of the law - does not pressure attorneys to see his way - lets them get there on their own. We need more judges like him.

Very smart, cerebral judge, who will make a decision. Lets the lawyers handle their own cases, but keeps them moving without inordinate pressure.
