Got this judge for my family court case with toxic late inlaws. My kids spoke out about not wanting to see their grandparents and the judge didnt care. Still forced the visitations. The grandparents moved out of state and still the order stands. All this after previously going thru Ontario county courts (i had moved to wayne county from Ontario after death of my kids dad) had ordered no visitations. And to top the matter this whole case being in front of this judge was a conflict of interest as he also was handling the case for my fiance in regards to his daughter and had also handled cases with my fiance in the past. Judge Nesbitt didnt and still dont like my fiance and when finding out my fiance and i were together, totally treated me like garbage and refused to even accept any proof i had of my kids rights being violated at every visit. This judge need to be removed from the bench years ago

I have been before Judge Nesbitt many times over the years. He is always respectful of counsel and litigants. Always fair. One of the finest judges in the region.
