judge pesce is evil as noted in his involvement in the judge phillips case....this judge is past mandatory retiremnt and still sitting on the bench writting court orders.......

He is corrupt to the core. It is a shameful disgrace that the Brooklyn court system, in 2013, is still highly political with rigged outcomes in court cases. Judge Pesce is a man with dirty hands, but he's not the only one. How is it possible that such a dishonest liar is not only a Supreme Court Justice but also on the Appellate Term? Why is Chief Judge Lippman in love with this guy? When are judges finally going to be fair and do what's right in Brooklyn? And when will sleaze like Judge Pesce and some other judges like him finally be rinsed out from the courts?
