Rating:2.3
Comments:
Judge Tuitt is very very biases towards plaintiffs. She clearly plays favorites and bends over backwards to help out plaintiffs. She also is clueless on the law. My colleague had to hand her a printed out informational packet on summary jury trials because she had no idea what one was. It was a joke. She doesn't know the rules of evidence, and often just makes stuff up that is not doctrinally based at all. She precluded 99% of my good facts because she was clearly aligned with the plaintiff's lawyer and ruled however he wanted. I cannot recommend this judge to anyone with confidence. If you're a defense lawyer, watch out. She will do whatever it takes to ruin your case.

My review is based upon her handling of pre-trial matters. She lets Fran and others run her courtroom like a circus. She happens to be OK but good luck getting to see her.
