After numerous petty, fabricated and obsessive complaints to the local police most of whom who are ill trained in the city of lackawanna, n.y. I found relief from the chief judge Hon. Frederic J. Marrano. He is a very fair judge who will show you how the cows eat the cabbage if you push him far enough and if you do push him far enough its YOUR FAULT not his. I have nothing but the highest respect for this Judge. He is a compassionte Judge who will toss you in jail if you try to play him. If it werent for this Judge taking the time to cut through the smokescreens his subordinate Judge would have tossed me in jail again and claim "tough times buddy." Clearly Judge Frederic Marrano is a cut above most jurists in the western ny community. Why he chose to remain in lackawanna, n.y. for all these years in his capacity as a city judge is a mystery. If this Judge ran for higher office he'd most certainly capture my vote and I'd campaign for him on a moments notice. TOPSHELF JUDGE.
