This judge is a clown when it comes to child custody cases.. when He adjudicates He seems to rely way to much on his own personal, beliefs and seems to have a difficult time applying the law, if he applies the law at all in your case. i would not wanna meet him in a criminal courtroom, you might get 10 years for J-walking , just because he doesn''t like you. Like one of the other commiitors said , to your face he is a real nice guy. as soon as you turn your back on him , he will do the exact opposite of what he previously told you. when fishey stuff happens look around and see if the same two attorneys are always around. ...just saying!

Have testified as a professional in many courts with positive results. Always respectful of the authority of the judge. This judge apparently did not agree with my opinion. I was informed that after I left the courtroom he stated that he does not want me in his courtroom again. Since I am not an oppositional person, several attorneys later asked me what I did to prompt this response from the judge.

General Rating: Undetermined; Criminal Rating: Unknown; Civil Rating: Mid-to-Fair. Judge Holcombe does not appear driven by gender. Appears to be conservative and Republican, which "may" sway key decision-making due to impartiality. Is not overtly White Male Centric. Sticks to Canons of Ethics. If you are liberal, this may not avail your case; however, if you present a fair case this adjudicator seems to hear both sides. If there is a defining line - this adjudicator will probably rule toward a Republican mindset. Does not appear to be racially driven. Cannot determine Affirmative Action standing nor equality per se. Seems to be a reasonable adjudicator.
