Judge Mack Brittain has worked to destroy our lives since 2011. He encouraged my son's pedophile father to have overnight visitation when FOUR medical professionals testified that my son was being drugged, sexually abused, and emotionally terrorized to the point that he lost the ability to speak. Brittain then charged me criminally for protecting my son. Judge Mack Brittain is unprofessional, unethical, and lacks the intellect required for his position. He was appointed and has run unopposed ever since. Avoid his courtroom at any cost.
