General Rating: low; Criminal Rating: unknown; Civil Rating: low. This is a pro white male adjudicator; under-represents women and minorities. Does not believe in Affirmative Action. Presumes while making key decisions. Makes grandiose threats from the bench. Crosses cases and rules on findings from unrelated matters. Not a good judge if you are a) female, b) support Affirmative Action, c) support equality among race, creed and gender, d) do not represent a Republican frame of thinking. Politically franchised after observing a series of case load. Speaks in a demeaning and threatening manner to women. If you write to the legislature - rules against you by rote.

Shows favoritism and appears to not recuse even when determining guilt / innocence regarding a former client where an association applies. Questionable ethics.
