General Rating: Fair; Criminal Rating: Unknown; Civil Rating: Fair - Impartial. This judge is known for hearing two sides of a case and not making a determination based on who knows who - unlike a myriad of others in the areas he adjudicates. Have not heard many of his cases at this time; however, it is understood he is not 100% white male centric. It is stated he is not racist. It is stated he is not against Affirmative Action and/or Women's Rights. It is stated this is a good adjudicator if you are a) a woman, b) not-white, c) liberal, d) supporter of equality and Affirmative Action.
