Comments:
Judge Beathard should not be a judge in this or any state. He and his staff continued to have inappropriate conversations with my ex wife about substantive matters prior to and leading up to my bench trial. He used the misguided information she provided in these inappropriate conversations to convict me of a crime I did not commit. Simply because she needed me imprisoned to apply for an apportionment claim of my VA Comp and Pension payments totaling more than $120,000.00.
Then, when I confronted him about it by posting comments on an on line forum, he intentionally denied me a copy of my trial transcripts for nearly 3 years just to keep me being able to fight my wrongful conviction, he refused to rule on any motion filed in my case without an order from a higher court to do so, and sent a state trooper to pay me a visit hoping to scare me.
If you think I am wrong I ask that you read what the Ohio Supreme Court held in my affidavit of disqualification of Beathard, Case No. 21-AP-051. They finally after 3.5 years disqualified him from my case because at first he lied to the Supreme Court hoping they would take his word over mine and just dismiss my affidavit, but instead they did their own research and discovered he had not been truthful.
Then, he refused to adequately respond to the "substantial allegations" even though the Supreme Court gave him two separate opportunities to do so. He knew he had been caught in a huge lie and his best option was to not answer.
In my mind, he is a crook and he should not be judging anyone when he lacks the honesty, morals and integrity to do so.
