This honorable piece of work cares more for his lunch breaks then the best interests of anyone. Makes a career out of your case. Stretching a simple case into years. This judge not only gave my entire retirement away but also ordered me to pay my ex's attorney fees. Attaching the bill to the back support aka arrearage. Already set at 1600 a month. Not recognizing my company has a company that I work for but as my income leaving me with no money to bid jobs. Also put me in jail for 30 days for not returning a vacuum cleaner that belonged to my company. I had mistaken it as marital property. So judge extorts me by leaving the court room after telling both attorneys to work it out or go to jail. My ex asked for 3k and for any and all material that belonged to me and my company. My attorney settling with $ 1800 and all the property I had. Then reined me back in. Removing the hand cuffs. And so many other unfair decisions rendering me to poverty. Stripping my of my rights to be a father..

The person who commented on 11/8/2018 should observe multiple hearings in Judge Clark’s courtroom, especially where there is an underlying protective order on a divorce case. Predominately the citizens of Oklahoma whose families have been devastated by this Judge would never vote him in as a district judge. He may find a way to get “appointed”, but he would never win a public election. This was clearly shown in the last primary for district court judges, where he was essentially voted off the ballot.

Intelligent, logical, respectful and fair. We would be lucky to have this Judge elected to a District Court seat, before appointment to the OK Supreme Court, which is where he belongs. Thanks for the hard work Judge! ers/pt

What's going on in Tulsa County?

The current warm bodies filling the seats are terrible.

The worst judge in American history, no equality in rulings. The other party in this case has broken every order this judge had made, and received no consequences. In fact the attorney Kimberly Hayes hangs in his office before court starts then walks in beside him laughing regularly and he rules in her favor every time.

Judge Clark’s blueprint is prolonged cases. There is at least one case (example FD-2010-2509, Tulsa County) on oscn.net where this judge had to recuse himself due to bias interaction with an attorney. Judge Martha Carter took over this case, and it was finally handled objectively and within a reasonsble timeframe to grant the divorce.

Controlling mind almost 4 years and then they charge me the other side's attorney fees for prolonging the damn thing.

Judge Stephen Clark prolongs cases unreasonably. It is actually not gender specific, but based on his relationship with attorneys in a case. His bias is linked to personal repore & favors. Also, if he is mentoring students at TU law school who are sons or daughters of an attorney on a case ... watch out! He also does not recognize domestic violence even with evidence, and makes decisions with disregard for Oklahoma statutes. Attorneys on both sides of a case in his courtroom rake in beaucoup bucks with prolonged litigation, depleting the assets of both parties. Judge Clark is currently an appointed “special” judge with no term limit. He is not accountable to citizens of Oklahoma, and we cannot vote him out. The OBA (Oklahoma Bar Association) voted him best family court judge for Oklahoma in 2017. If this had been a vote from citizens in his courtroom, the results would be very different.

doesn't use evidence but hearsay to make decisions.. extremely bias.. not claiming bias but can prove it. Lunch is more important then court. stretches out divorce. 3 years and counting for me.. takes away the American peoples constitutional rights.. not up to date with the structure of house hold family's and the reasonability's fathers take on currently. should have retired long ago

This so called judge needs to be run off and should have been years ago!
WoW what a piece of work this cat is I tell ya.
Does not listen to the facts whatsoever makes decisions before any testimony is ever given.
Courrpt as can be.
Does not lookout for a child's best interest even when there's clear evidence.
Does not follow the law!
Shows favoritism towards all women in child custody cases not matter if they are in the wrong or not.
Hates his job and this is well know in the Tulsa courts.
How he ever became a judge is beyond me.
Destroys families and could careless.
Tulsa court systems need a Major Overhaul plain and Simple.
The judge has No morals whatever and is a real jerk in his courtroom,
You wonder why 85% Americans hate the court systems this guy is one to blame among many others as well,
Good Luck if you ever have this piece of work ruleing on you case.

Judge Clark is a spiteful person that rules from the bench as if its his personal mission to destroy families. He doesnt understand the concept that just because a divorce is happening doesnt mean the dad doesnt want to be in the kids lives... He will listen to everything and alligation the plantiff (female) has to say and then ignores and cuts off the defendant. He ignores "due process" and rules in his court by "guilty until proven innocent" instead of the other way around. Horrible judge that shouldnt be allowed to rule from the bench.
