My Ex admitted he had tried to kill me twice and he was able to walk away with my kids. My ex used the court clerk to illegally funnel info to the judge to taint my reputation and to make me look like an ill parent. My children have stated for 5 years to live with me and to get out of the abusive situation they are in however he refused to listen and said he would do what ever he wanted. Not only that they made me take three psych eval to try to prove I was crazy, when they came back clean and stated I was mildly depressed over not being allowed by this court to see my kids in 2 years, they refused after ordering it to allow it in the court because he knew he would have had to give my visitaion rights. In stead he put me in jail so I could not have my visitaion. Stated it was over back child support of which I have never made over 25,000.00 (it was set at 800.00) he made 60,000.00+ and he only ever had to pay 350.00 for 3 kids. I have been told he was a diviorced father and in many of his cases he would side with the father and refused to give the mothers anything. He also had a counsler he was in coalition with who would be paid an extrodinary amount by these men and she would testify in their behalf for everything from child endangerment to molestaion. He is now retired from this court system however anyone should know what this county is known for.
