Judge Misak is fair, and she follows the law. She wants to see people succeed. She presents herself well. I would say by far she is one of the best Judge that I have encountered.

Piss poor. Super sexist, does not know the law well, always takes the woman's or local attorneys side, back room decisions before court is held. She thinks she is queen of Garvin County

Seems personable however does not allow defendant to be heard. Ignored both Federal and State laws pertaining to protections of veterans benefits from creditors. She refused to review or allow evidentiary documents to be introduced to support these protections. Her explanation and analogies were smug, inappropriate, disrespectful to this litigant and had nothing to do with the case which only frustrated the process of justice. It would not surprise me if her decision was already made with opposing counsel prior to the proceedings

Judge Misak is a wonderful judge. She gives everyone their day in court and has a very dear heart. She does a lot of things that she doesn't want to do because the law says she must. Although tough, she does what is right.
