Coming from a long standing legal family, I was totally underwhelmed by the "lack of knowledge or interest" in my case..."did not need to read it". This was a LEGITIMATE CASE that we and our attorneys had spent 3 years following all the state guidelines and presentations necessary for the Judge to completely understand what had happened. Judge Gray did not even read the case. What an insult to right and wrong. I am a Native American Elder and I expect to be treated with respect even if your ruling is not for me. I am highly offended. I am a retired surgery nurse/social worker and I am an educated person and I expect him to do what is right by me even if it is reading the evidence resented by my attorneys, Travis Pickens, Hank Meyer, Phil Watts and Dean Couch. To scribble on a piece of paper that no one could read is simply unacceptable.
I want my day in court. I am a tax payer. I will file a formal complaint against his behavior on the bench.
He is rude, bombastic, dismissive to attorneys even before they have been allotted their "five" minutes before him. Totally unacceptable. Susie Purcell, Age 80, A Native American Elder. Even Assoc. Judge Gray has a boss. We pay his salary and in my opinion right now - it is money wasted.
The Rule of Law is what I expect to be followed. READ WHAT HAS BEEN PRESENTED TO YOU. LOOK AT A SURVEY AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES, THEN RENDER YOUR DECISION. NOT ONE SECOND BEFORE.

He ruled on a case before having "heard" the case. This is very disturbing to me, an 80 year old Chickasaw Elder. It was a pure "theft" case that he chose not to hear. Not the kind of ruling that I expected because our family is long standing legal professionals in the State of Oklahoma. Hand wrote the "dismissal" that was hardly legible. Disgusting. Rude.
