If you represent a bank, run for your life. The Rules of Civil Procedure have no part in her courtroom.

Very young. Not very well thought of or respected by her peers. Easily influenced politically. Republican views.

It's obvious the last poster just got a bad opinion from her. She is always prepared, reads her cases and actually makes decisions! Judges get appealed, so what. She also supports young law students by offering them a chance to review and listen to court proceedings. Guess what- federal and higher State Court judges all have others write their opinions.

Comments:
She is completely Bias and has had 18 writs against her! Some judges go their whole career and never have a complaint. she doesn't read her pleadings her interns do. She decides a case very early on and that's it. She changes her mind and reverses her decisions, she is off the wall and is a very inexperienced judge. She makes up the law as she goes along, She is all for large firms. She is Terrible about talking off the record with both sides. Has no code of conduct. Completely unfair.

I feel she is bright, witty, makes lawyers feel welcome in her court room and does her homework. She is a comer in my book.

Trial attorneys had some measure of reluctance relative to her, as she came from the D.A.'s office. She has proven herself to be a tremendous judge, fair and impartial. Nothing but good things to say about her.
