I have an currently active divorce/custody case before Judge Turner. Overall, I think he is trying to do the right thing, but I believe he is too enamored with the opposing attorney and honestly I think he is a little scared of her! My daughter is being subjected to a serious amount of emotional abuse during this process and we will be presenting several expert witnesses to this affect. However, so far Judge Turner has simply catered to the opposing attorney regardless of the issues this is causing my daughter. I am trying to be optimistic and hope in the end he will stand up for my daughter and recognize what is happening and put a stop to it. At this point, I can only pray that will happen. I will re-assess my score of him as it progresses.
