Comments:
A fabulous judge who is consistently prepared, punctual, and personable. Judge Jones is fair, impartial, and decisive. A great addition to the civil docket and our judicial system. My only regret is that he ruled against me.

Comments:
Clearly, the last post was from someone whom Judge Jones ruled against. Those who have experienced him both on the domestic docket and now the civil docket couldn't disagree more with the assertion that Judge Jones isn't knowledgeable of the law or that he is motivated by anything other than the law. Although a stickler for the rules, Judge Jones is arguably one of the best, if not the best, civil judge down at Oklahoma County. Not only does he have a command of the law, but he runs his courtroom in a manner worthy of the legal profession. Moreover, Judge Jones is fair and he possesses the absolute best temperament of any judge down at Oklahoma County. And, I say all this as one who Judge Jones ruled AGAINST. He's fair, consistent, and he brings clarity to the law, which can't be said for some of the other judges. Anyone who says differently is nothing but bitter.

Comments:
Judge Jones appears to be a nice guy, but he's not much of a judge. He doesn't understand some very basic laws, and certainly cannot grasp more complex legal concepts. He favors the lawyers and law firms who contribute to election campaign funds, or otherwise have political power to help keep him on the bench. (Sadly, that is not uncommon in Oklahoma County.)

He is fair, friendly yet firm, and consistent. He is always prepared. He is the best judge that I've seen downtown.
