It seems like everything in her courtroom is for show. If she doesn't like your attorney, you are not getting a fair ruling. She has a temper and she is unprofessional. She gives people who do not follow her orders multiple chances and does not hold them responsible. She does not listen to what children want either. she does not understand about domestic abusers, she gives them pass after pass. I know others with her as their judge also.

This is the most unjust proof the system has failed terribly! If you are a male in this judges courtroom, prepare to get the worst!I am a woman and feel sorry for any man that goes in front of Judge Oaks, she has a chip on her shoulder and its the men that pay the price for it.

Fathers rights, fairness, and equality left when Judge Oakes took over this courtroom. She is proof that our system is flawed and corrupt.

Oh my gosh, this judge is such trash to give my kids to a convicted domestic abuser she will pay for her evil deeds. I’m still fighting for my kids in Oklahoma six months later when we don’t even live here. I did the right thing escaping from an abuser and judges in Oklahoma and Payne counties are grossly uneducated in domestic violence and coercive control as they should be educated. In Payne county they said the training “causes bias”. They think education causes bias so they’re all air heads and why do we allow them to be judges? This woman is ghetto. When I mentioned my Constitutional rights to her she said “I’m not getting into that with you.” If she doesn’t want to get into the Constitution what does she want to get into, fraud oath violator. It’s so wrong that they make it hard to remove judges.

Martha Oaks is a joke. She obviously doesn't like her job and she makes decisions to just get things over.

She destroys the lives of children.
She destroys the chances of childhood.

She should be fired.

Her rulings are obviously based on her opinions instead of justice.

Judge Oakes has difficulty keeping her temper under control, failing to maintain a judicial temperament. She often speaks disrespectfully to lawyers, litigants and visitors to her courtroom. She regularly uses improper grammar and pronunciation, which reflects poorly on the legal profession. She is wildly unpredictable in her rulings, making it appear that she favors one party over the other on the basis of personal preference, rather than the facts and the law.
