This Judge is tyrannical and completely dismisses legal process to do whatever she wants. I am a United States Veteran Honorably served 100% Disabled. I came to court on a civil case that had nothing but evidence against the petitioner even the petition proved me innocent and she still ruled against me. There was no way that was possible and she still took my 2A rights without so much as reading the Petition. Textbook tyranny and abuse of power. As of today I am still working with various veteran organizations to undo the the hardship she has brought into my life for absolutely no reason. Being a prior service member with full benefits I have all the records I need including police reports to prove I'm innocent without a shadow of a doubt and she blatantly ignored me and ruled against me without so much as even a read as to why we were even there. No servicemen will ever stand for this. I will die fighting for her to face consequences for what she's done to me and so many others without consequence.

I received a jury duty summons, I worked a 12 hour shift at work came straight to the court house and went about my reporting as instructed. The problem came when I answered the questions honestly. Shewas upset telling me that I have 2 duties paying taxes and serving on juries when told.NOT ME, I stated I'm not unbiased about our failing justice system and no matter what I would not give an opinion either way. Her remark was if I didn't she had a place to send me, she instead told me to go sit in the corner and wait likeshe was running a daycare. She is rude and abuses her authority. Even after knowing I wasn't going to be used or participate she told the clerk to release me last. What she doesn't know is I have stood before honorable judges and wasn't afraid to speak my mind, my values are not for sale or easily changed.

Horrible judge. She thinks everything is funny and wants a person to take a blind plea and then laughs and says I promise I won't give the defendant what the jury recommends. It doesn't matter to her. She needs to be removed from the bench.

I don't know the judge. But, the poor grammar of commenters tells me they're either incompetent lawyers or disgruntled plaintiffs. Come back when you've mastered the English language.

Over all she has no respect for others she breaks the law then tells the offender that he has no regards for the law. When she broke into someone's house and vandalized it.

Judge Truong was instrumental in reducing jail overcrowding by lowering bonds and granting OR bonds on non-violent offenders. She treats defendants with respect and compassion.

I say this because I've been inside her courtroom on numerous occasions in civil litigation and with extremely good motions and responses and she's always ruled against me because I was a pro se litigant and the defendants had lawyers who represented them. This is deliberate discriminatory practices

Judge Truong supports domestic terrorism and protects the guilty through acts of constitutional violations and judicial fraud. This judge should be in prison not hearing cases.

She should be removed from the bench. She doesnt listen. Her condensing, low life attitude does not serve justice. She also needs to do research before her rulings. Shes incompetent and gives the impression shes against any female that comes in for justice.

The public needs to know about her having issues with other attorney and complaints that was reported to the Oklahoma Bar Association. The public needs to look into her unethical Behavior in the courtroom as well as out of the courtroom. Cindy H Truong should not be a Judge. All if her Case she has presided over need to be investigated.

A complete lightweight on the bench. Bluffs her way through issues he has no confidence in. No attorney has much of anything positive to say about this seat-warmer. It will be good thing when she's discovered as a fraud.

Judge Cindy Truong is a terrible judge. She's not a very nice person, and is even worse on the bench. She is hateful, disrespectful, and demeaning to both litigants and attorneys. She exhibits an appalling lack of caring and concern. (She's also not that smart. I don't know how she made it through law school.) Even the other judges don't like her or have any respect for her. Her conduct is shameful.
