Does not know the law or any aspects of the law nor does he follow the law. Charges should be filed on this Judge as he has violated so many peoples constitutional rights that its a wonder that he hasn't been kicked off the bench but oh yea that's right all of Osage county is corrupt why should Judge Tate be any different.

JudgeTate does not know law as in one court hearing alone he broke several constitutional laws. The defendant was accused a crime not convicted yet he as a special Judge took it upon himself to revoke defendants probation. Only a district Judge is suppose to be able to revoke. Discovery was asked for in May yet at arraignment on 8 / 14 defendant or his attorney did not get any discovery til months later after defendant was revoked and sent to prison. Defentant goes to court in December 2014. There was no due process. I think maybe Judge Tate needs to go back to law school, he does not at this time!
