If you like someone that forms an opinion based on no knowledge of the case and runs her mouth accordingly, this is the judge for you! She's a whirl wind of fun and excitement as she tries to pull of a Judge Judy kind of vibe all while demonstrating to het courtroom that she is ignorant about the specifics of the case. She was a true circus.

She had her mind made up about me before I even came in the court room, due to the fact she was sued by someone with my same last name. She refused to look at any of my evidence to defened myself and also allowed the plantiff in my case to basicaly perjure himself and said that it did not matter because he was right and I was ignorant for thinking otherwise. That if I thought getting dolled up like a barbie doll was going to get me out of trouble I was wrong. I was respectful and kind and did not speak out of turn once and yet was treated like I just killed her dog in front of her.

Wastes a lot of time.

This common person with a rob is extremely biased and had her mind made up before I opened my mouth. She said my case was about " ", then I shown her my evidence and she changed her tune. Now the case was about " ". She is rude and cut me off several times while I was trying to explain my side of the situation. I paid my 58.00 to have my case heard before a fair and impartial Judge.......and she was the one who did all the lecturing!!! She talked at me more than I was able to explain my side. I think she enjoyed confusing me. She is the best our Tax dollars can come up with ????

How is this person even a judge!?? She has absolutely ZERO clue of the law. That or she just decides not to follow it. She yells at everyone & I have known people that have gone to jail for debt because she is somehow able to get away with it? She needs to be in a looney bin. It’s baffling that she is a judge. She didn’t even know an LLC was a separate entity. She allows people to sue members instead of the LLC. She’s totally coo coo for Cocoa Puffs

This Judge is excellent in a very difficult high volume situation. I have seen some bad comments and would strongly disagree. Often only those who are the losing party take the time make their comments. She simply has to maintain an orderly court with the volume of cases she moves daily. If you are courteous, then you will be treated the same. She follows the rule of law and won't let people ramble on irrelevant things. Judge Leitch is an excellent judge.

If the deadbeat tenant says there was a problem, she accepts that as the truth and refuses to give landlord opportunity to rebut that. Tenant never gave written notice for repair but she abates the rent anyway and admonishes the landlord to take better care of the property. She is NOT impartial. She is NOT fair. Her decisions are not based on the LAW.

Very rude and disrespectful Judge. Would not even allow a person a chance to respond or even respond in full. She would cut them off several times. Acted like she has her mind made up before hearing all facts. Was very belittling to most people there whether Plaintiff or Defendant and definitely had an attitude towards Attorneys. Too much power for this lady which is not fair to the citizens of Tulsa County. If you can not have an open mind to both sides and allow both sides a chance to speak in full and/or refute something then maybe it is time to move onto something else in life as a career. It was very disturbing to watch her in action.

WORST JUDGE , SHOULD BE WORKING IN Flea Market ,NOT JUDGE, SHE IS DISRESPECTFUL NO COURT MANNERS, SHE DO'T KNOW THE LAW as she is very hastent , ARROGANT and chester personality ,NOT FAIR at all , KARMA WILL GET HERE one day , SHE IS VERY UGLY FOR WOMAN, SHE would NOT attempt to answer any relevant questions for plaintiff and don't took the time to be sure they were fully informed. After moving to Preliminary Hearings, Leitch showed worst judicial temperament, unfairly handled the hearing for both sides and although she disrespectful and no manor, worst judge ever...

Appeared in front on Leitch when she was handling the arrangement docket. Leitch showed respect to the defense bar and the individuals in the courtroom. Leitch was firm but would attempt to answer any relevant questions for defendants and took the time to be sure they were fully informed. After moving to Preliminary Hearings, Leitch showed excellent judicial temperament, fairly handled the hearing for both sides and although she ruled against my client, it was the correct ruling.
