Judge Brockman is very kind and very fair. I feel that is the most important quality when ruling over a case. He’s my favorite judge at Cleveland county court house.

Judge Brockman is super fair. Even when he was ruling against what we wanted I felt he was being fair. He explained his reasoning for ruling for or against us and seemed neutral! He was kind and funny too.

One of the worse examples of a judge I've seen, particularly conduct wise and his fair decision making abilities aren't much better either. He is sarcastic, hollow, distasteful and has little tolerance especially to the disabled, seniors,and women - at least from what I see.

This judge is a classic "buddy system" example. If you're a wealthy scammer that: lies, scams, deceives, ruins someone's good name just for your next payday, and steps on the public or on the poor to make your living, well you're in luck because this is the guy for you. This judge has little personality or a soul and he admits he is "not perfect" and is proud of it. No one expects you to be perfect sir, but if you are going to be judging matters that have significant and direct impacts on people and society, the least you can do is try to listen to both sides of a story and not pride yourself on "not being perfect" as an excuse to keep your buddies belly fat.
