This judge charged an innocent man with sexual assault, a person who has no record whatsoever in their past. IF you are going before this judge, you'd best get a big, big loan to hire the best attorney in the world, otherwise you have no chance.

Not only is he a very fine judge from both sides of cases but he is repectful to all, but demands professionalness from those who appear before him. He is also an excellant mediator and settlement judge.

This judge gives everyone a fair shake, and most times gives them a second chance at a fair shake. He is well liked by attorneys and courthouse staff and he is respectful to all, even litigants. He is very approachable but once he's seated on the bench cross your t's and dot your i's. He won't stand for incompetence.
