She is a horrible judge —who needs to vacate the bench -she’s a hypocrite ( rumors always present about her drink and drug isssues) and she’s a smart Alec telling people to pick up cans along the roadside to make their child support payments-also money hungry and power driven —-she cares nothing for the law -she likes to sit on the bench and eat Hershey’s kisses and holler “get happy” —-nice sentiments when all you’ve done is ruin people for the almighty dollar,not even gonna discuss the animal abuse that went on and she let the animals go back and to the bargain her husband is now the sheriff of Delaware county .....dear god Nepotism at its best —Delaware County is a cesspool and these 2 are part of the problem !!

This judge is awful!! She took the word of a convicted felon, let him do all the talking. Then she intimated my husband where he was afraid to speak. And every time he tried to speak, she would interrupt him. Rude, power trip of a woman. My I add, that he doesn't even have a speeding ticket on his record! Yes gave the convicted felon a Protective order against my husband, making him loose his Second Amendment Rights! Awful person, that no one in the court house had anything good to say about her and gave us condolences on the judge we had to appear before! How does that make ya feel....she needs to leave this state, no one has anything good to say about her!

Most unqualified judge in deleware county.seems to always take the defense lawyers side especially in the whites animal abuse case. Conner is the defense lawyer.No one has any rights in her court unless Conner is defending.

I have never seen a judge act the way Ms. Littlefield acted both times I was in her court room. Each time it was as if she was led by the defense attorney, Winston Connor. She had absolutely no power over her courtroom. She is a terrible example for our judicial system.

Sat in her courtroom 1/20/17. Was shocked at her conduct in collaboration with the defense attorney. Very theatrical with a "staged" appearance. Her temperament was abhorrent-angry, defiant. She berated an officer of the law and charged him with perjury in the absence of proving intent.

I Sat in her Courtroom the day she ruled behind closed doors that abused animals were to be returned to their alleged abusers Chris and Claire White. There was no explanation given for her decision. Their defense attorney is allowed to ramble and control court proceedings. There could not be anything more Inhumane than to return these animals to their alleged abusers. Please investigate the actions of Hon. Alicia Littlefield. She has brought unwanted attention that reflects negatively on Delaware County Oklahoma.

Judge Littlefield completely disregarded the Oklahoma state forfeiture act in the criminal felony animal cruelty case against Chris White and Claire White. She overstepped her authority and returned abused animals to their alleged abusers BEFORE they were found not guilty. Even if they are found not guilty, the Whites failed to meet the remaining criteria of the forfeiture act including the requirement that the Whites post bond for the animals The Whites did not post bond because they SURRENDERED the animals in more than one surrender document, giving up all rights to the animals. She consistently allows defense attorney Winston Connor free reign of the courtroom while precisely limiting the time and abilities of prosecutors. Please investigate and remove her from office.

Am appalled to learn that this judge allowed convicted animal abusers to get back the surviving abused dogs that were removed from them. Even after many had to be euthanized.

The Oklahoma forfeiture statute lists three requirements before a defendant can request the return of animals: a bond hearing within 10 days of the arrest, the defendants to post bond within 72 hours of the hearing in a set amount to cover the boarding and medical care of the animals for 180 days, and for the defendants to be found "not guilty" in a court of law.

None of these requirements had been met at the time the judge ruled to return the animals. This ruling does not appear to comply with the Oklahoma Statutes Citationized, Title 21. Crimes and Punishments, Chapter 67 – Injuries to Animals, Section 1680.4 – Custody of Abused or Neglected Animals – Bond – Euthanasia.

Since July 15, animal welfare nonprofit organizations have incurred more than $30,000 in medical bills and boarding to provide for the animals removed from the Whites’ property.

The abusers have now acquired more dogs in which to abuse because of the lack of judicial responsibility.

Judge Littlefield is now complicit to animal abuse and should be removed from the bench.

It looks as if the postings that are against the judge/her decisions are being given a low rating while the ones that state they like her have great ratings. Wonder who is doing the ratings? She still made extremely bad decisions regarding animal abuse (and she did have all the facts)!

I do not understand her ruling in the White anima abuse case. She never explained her ruling. The abuse case is still open...why return the animals. There is also child abuse....why return the kids?Money buys a good lawyer and when you mix this with an apathetic district attorney and judge you get miscarriage of justice.

This judge returned 15 horribly abused dogs back to hell after they were rescued. What kind of person would do this and what sort of legal judgement could she possibly deliver. Get her off the bench before she sets a murderer or child abuser free.

This judge decided it was okay to return 15 dogs to their abusive owners after 40 dogs were confiscated from them! There are still 10 FELONY counts pending against the owners (3 dogs had to be euthanized at the site because they were in such bad shape). This "person" decided, for lack of intelligence apparently, the owners should get 15 of the dogs back! How did this person get to be a judge anyway?

I am a lawyer in London and read with disgust how this judge has returned dogs to the home of the people who caused them such suffering. Judges like this need to justify their decisions,especially apparently idiotic decisions like this which put the animals at risk again.

I dont believe she should be allowed to smack in the court room either she will talk a bunch of crap n make them mad then when they break she sends them down under and which they donteven take carw of their prisoners I could go on and on about this judge

I like this Judge. I have always showed her respect and I think she respect me back. She has a hard time like most judges just because the legal system is so packed. She gets little info about a person and she can only judge the information that she has on a person. The legal system is unbalanced now. It's been wrong since day one she does the best job that she can. She does have a attitude some days but she always keeps her cool I think. I think I have seen her hangover but that is just speculation. I can only hope she gives me a second chance and she is understandable. If she's not then I know I can just take my shit to a jury and fight or appeal. But yeah they are all about the money in that place. Perhaps unfair punishment and wrongly judgement is present. The main problems all judges face is lack of knowledge and understanding of the situation. Then you get in to drug abuse and alcoholism. These are problems of the mind but they think its best to lock up the body. For something that is a mental issue and they think time is all that is needed to fix it. The body must be free before the mind is free from addiction. Nobody knows what is best for a person but she does a ok job at trying. Actually idk about that because if you toss a person in jail. That is not a rapist, killer, or a thieve but maybe just a lost young adult that likes to do illegal drugs. If you put a decent person in a mad house it's going to change them in a negative way. If she understands this and if she can understand that her favorite intoxicated is far more destructive then just weed or psychedelic's in general. Understanding and knowledge is key for a good judge. A great judge has the ability to take there own personally opinion out of the situation. To listen, to allow the defendant to have and keep his own power in the courtroom. Not to belittle a person because they are human and make a mistake. I haven't watch her enough to say if she's a good or great or a very bad. So she is a average Judge in a Above average county court house. The nickel and dimming every cent they can needs to fucking stop. Or one day they will get there ass handed to them for unfair and unjust punishment. It's the system that is the problem. Also, the people that runs it just coming in day after day just doing there job is a little fucked up. But for judges she is the best one I've been in front of. Most of them are assholes that let their emotions and ego run them. I've seen 4 judges in my life. 2 males 2 females. One of the males is a stern tough guy. The other is a sex addict been bust for renting a women for sexually favors and the word on the streets he likes them young. Bullshit just for him to be allowed to still be a judge nice guy fair judge just no morals. This other judge bitch. So maybe littlefield is a good and fair judge with room for improvement.

This, "Judge", is rumored to have gotten a DUI herself, Which you can not find any details on, and still sits there in Judgement of others. She Uses illicit Process servers that absolutely lie about the people he says he personally serves, and those Servers are commissioned by her. Held a 65 year old widow on cash bond only, on a Saturday night, when Rapists/Druggies and such can post/obtain Bail bonds. What more is to be said??? Step down you corrupt inhuman woman.

I have sat in her courtroom and observed her.Its a money making court room.She advised jobless people in court to stand in line at the Dollar Store and apply for a job as she saw a sign for on the way to court that day. Cruel words to goad and bait with in her estimated educated judgemental wisdom . I felt the hopeless resignation of people fill the room. I was just an observer. I do wonder if she actually violates the civil rights of people who stand before her. I do not want her angry at me or to take out that anger on anyone else. Frankly she has probably has held this judge seat to long and needs to return to private practice. Times are very hard indeed. To punish people with no resources and hold the threat of jail and large fines as penalty does instills hopelessness. I can see why some would be drove to crime to finance their way from her court. She sets huge bails and fines that someone with stellar credit and income would be forced to mortgage all they own or disolve all assets to pay. The bottom line, if your poor you go to jail.
