Comments:
Not only is this Judge unfair, he has not regard for justice. What he cares about flexing his power and giving a high prison sentence. During a sentencing trial, he was inattentive to the defendant's attorney and just kept scratching his head, sipping his coffee, clearly bored to be in the courtroom. He had made up his mind long before any evidence had be presented and ruin his power to ruin more lives instead of help bring justice. It's a shame that someone like this can be a judge.

Talk about being hometowned, without any explanation of why he chose to ignore the law. Prepare your record for appeal, because you will need it.
