He works hard, but if you need a case set for a contested hearing be prepared to wait because his dockets are really backed up.

Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: OK1650
Rating:9.1
Comments:
Good judge. He is a hard worker, very friendly, and easy to work with. He is sometimes inconsistent in how he rules on certain issues. He tends to let everything in and send cases to the jury. You will virtually never win on a dispositive motion unless you have a rock solid argument. In criminal cases, he leans toward the State but is not blatantly biased. Despite that, he is very fair in sentencing. He is excellent in civil litigation. Leans ever so slightly toward plaintiffs, but not by much. He will follow the law and will not "hometown" you if you are not a local lawyer.
