He has a very bad attitude to people who bring small claims cases to his court and doesn't treat both sides fairly. He is late for his own court appearances that he schedules himself. He needs to treat everybody with respect and treat everybody with respect otherwise why should anybody treat him with respect or fairly. He doesn't get respect just because he is a judge. When Judge Kelly conducts traffic court he favors the state. However when his wife gets a speeding ticket in Custer County the Attorney for the state dismissed the speeding ticket even before she went to an Initial Appearance back in 2008 when she was issued the speeding ticket from the Oklahoma Highway. When is the last time anybody else got a speeding ticket dismissed. Its the old buddy system game and the law should be equal for everyone but if your his family it gets dismissed.
