Gross Incompetence. I guess they don't want my comment on here. I'm surprise she is a judge. Not smart at all. She breaks the law to help women win. Women could lie commit fraud and she would help them in their crime. My story one day will be told. This judge is not smart at all. Father beware she would bleed you dry financially to help keep you away from your kids. File a judicial complaint asap.

Judge Dreiling is very biased and hard to change her mind once it is made up. She is pro woman. She recommends counselors that are hardly qualified that do not take insurance so that you are bled dry financially before you are ever able to get your kids back leaving you practically homeless. She uses language like "you want your kids right? you gotta pay to make that happen" Judge Dreiling prefers to have cases heard in her chambers so you are left in the dark in the hall scared of what your attorney agrees to. Family court is a big business- attorneys, attorneys that sucked as attorneys becoming GALS, on the verge of retiring parenting coordinator, reconciliation therapists that are kept busy with referrals from courts, agencies that are doing court ordered classes and lets not forget the psychologists that are doing the mental health assessments for thousands of dollars. How is this in the child's best interest to leave parents penniless? Men are trying to change the view of being a father but are being kept down by women like Theresa Dreiling that has no intention of men being fathers.

Zero equal rights for men in her court room.if you are fighting for your kids, good luck. Seems to take sides of women. I am amazed on how she stays in her position. Others that have been through similar circumstances agree.

I am hurt, saddened for my child, myself and my family, and disgusted by the lack of attention paid to our case by Judge Dreiling. I have seen the true side of family court and it is truly broken and Judge Dreiling is not working to fix it, but only perpetuating the cycle of abusers abusing the system and children paying the price. I hope she works harder to make her cases a priority and realize these are families and not numbers. My child's life will be forever altered by her lack of attention to detail in our case, and our case is still ongoing. I hope she starts taking her job more seriously. These are tiny little lives she has a hand in either ruining or helping thrive, and for our family, she is helping ruin it.

Pro men. Is not educated in serious matters of domestic violence. Refuses to look at the history of a long term case. Continues to stall and drag cases out, putting off critical matters. Tends to side with men that are irresponsible and lying to the court. I have watched her in handling multiple cases. Tends to have favortiism with certain lawyers. Has jeopardized the safety and well being of a clearly at risk teenager and innocent mother due to partiality with father and his lawyer. Now the teenager has been arrested and is in a serious state. She judged against facts in case and kept looking for inexperienced counselors in domestic violence and teen drug addiction to help her make decisions. She needed to recuse herself from this case and continued to make matters worse for the innocent parties.

This judge should be disrobed and barred from participating in anything having to do with minor children. She injects politics and her own bias into every case. She has never been fair and never will be.

This judge was told that a child was using drugs. The child had disclosed this to a parent. The other parent argued and she ordered NO DRUG TEST? What kind of person would do this? He has been suspended for drugs from his school, OD'ed 2 times..what more evidence do you want???

In Oklahoma it all comes down to money. I lost custody of my son due to the fact that I was a stay-at-home mom, because my husband wants me to pay for leaving him. My poor son is being kept from me and my family. It kills me, but it will do irreversible damage to my son. In what world is a good mom ripped from her child? And when the father has been a proven abuser? All because a mom making $11/hour can't beat the money that her ex makes. And myself, my son and my ex are all Canadian. What right do any of them have? They helped that monster continue the pain my son endures. This is just wrong and disgusting on every level!
