Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: OK1123
Rating:2.1
Comments:
Horrible judge. Belittles everyone. Attorneys are afraid to speak for fearing his wrath. Thinks certain tasks are beneath him. Doesn't read info beforehand. Is especially disrespectful of women.
Reminds the courtroom of his costs and his time being wasted like those taxpayers with a case before him are unimportant. Has a huge chip on his shoulder

Comment #: OK276
Rating:10.0
Comments:
A great judge. Tough and fair, and controls his courtroom with a dignity and decorum that many judges seem to have forgotten. I have not seen any other judge apply themselves with the same commitment towards learning the particulars of the law so that they can make correct and fair judgments. He goes out of his way to make people feel respected, which is a sure sign of class.

Rating:9.8
Comments:
He appropriately commands respect in his courtroom. He often knows the issues of a motion better than some attorneys that appear before him. He does not stand for delay or misrepresentation. A great judge - one of my favorites.

Very bright and smart. Has guts to make an unpopular ruling if supported by law. Runs court with a very heavy hand but best to have if there is a serious motion.
