This man does not care about the safety of the children or what is best for them. he sent my children to an abuser who does not mind hitting them or leaving bruises on them. All this judge cares about is money and having power.

It is important to note who the opposing attorneys are. I think we will find they are the same. This guy wasn’t even assigned to my case and yet somehow he did the temporary hearing. Vile human being and not at all considerate of those struggling with the very reasons we find ourselves in court.

The worst type of person you can ever be is this Judge. Literally a custom wearing courtroom of a mockery. He is extremely racist he doesn’t actually care about anyone especially children involved. This man is part of the problem with our society and creating statistics. He doesn’t actually care about any evidence just the attorney or prosecutors he likes, race, and lunch. There is no such things as evidence or facts in his courtroom. He ordered my children be taking from me in 2022 for a situation I was found justified in all the way back in 2019. This man is not for the people and in no way should he be a voice for the voiceless by his decision process. It is completely unjust in his courtroom, I’ve also read that since he became a judge protective orders have skyrocketed. Get this man out of office before he ruins what we have left of a horrible statistic based racist state.

Judge Hafer needs to be removed from the bench. One of the most dishonest and corrupt judges I’ve ever heard of. Special judges are not elected, they are hired to handle case overload of actual elected Judges. He doesn’t even look at direct evidence, rules in favor of $friend$, even when the accused admits repeated court ordered violations under oath. Oklahoma District Court must vote to remove him from the bench to deserve any faith in the judicial system.

Watch this guy in action. He clearly has a issue with women. He has no business having influence over the well being of children. The father was clearly abusive and he basically awarded joint custody without supervision. Who does that? He was verbally abusive to the female lawyers and any women who testified. He was pure evil. He clearly has personal issues with women and should be dismissed as a judge.

I just spent a total of 4 hours with this judge. Not only did he deny me of moving with my child to a different state to be with my significant other, he denied me of having full custody of my child. I had a significant amount of proof that my child's father is very violent to his current girlfriend in the home. He is a violent person. Who let's a child spend time in a home where there is violence going on? This judge does not care about the well being of children. My advice would be to stay clear from his court room.

This judge clearly doesn’t like women. I have never seen a judge so willing to destroy a single mother that is so loving and devoted to her kids and let the wealthy father who does nothing for his kids get off from any child support. I have no faith in the system or this judge. He needs a new career.

I have sat and watched this man treat my sister like utter crap and he took her children from her care and placed them with their father who not only harmed them but has sexually assaulted them!!! The findings were substantiated and he didnt even look at the paperwork or forensic evidence against him! She now has to do supervised visits with her children because he says she coached them yet cps substantiated the abuse and sexual abuse!!! HOW DARE YOU, I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH YOU!!! YOU SHOULD BE REMOVED AND NEVER EVER ABLE TO BE A JUDGE AGAIN...

My three year son tested positive for meth while in the care of his father Eric perry. Eric also tested positive his girlfriend Tiffany knight was arrested for meth. April 7 2017. DHS has proven he is unwillingness to comply with them and and charges of neglect have been proven sustained. Judge Hafer continues to put my son in harms allowing unsurprised visitation with no restrictions our last hearing MR. Perry had a negative hair test but may 30 tested positive once again we have court June 7 2018 I wonder if I’ll have to give my son back to the abuser in this case. I’m concerned this man doesn’t listen to the fact or take the proven evidence into account. I’m super disappointed in the system and this judge making life changing choices for children.

This Judge if he can be so called one has on multiple occasion ignored the evidence and passed judgement through his mothers rights opinion. in doing so he rips children from the homes of carrying parents, if couples were meant to get along after divorce then why do we have divorce. he shall in fact answer for his actions to a higher power someday. Dads if you get this judge settle out of court do not go to trial with this jackass.

He gives the wrong parent custody I should of got full custody I was winning an ex husband an his lawyer lied in court an his mother lied I am always up to date with my children's school I help the school an my ex husband is the one that threatens me an stalk me he takes pictures of me an my car an were I live an he leaves my children alone with his stepdaughter that beats them an chokes them I made a police report on this an he called me saying bad words to me an I just hanged up I am not the one arguing an keeping my children away he is my children don't want to be over there my oldest Cry's because she wants to be with me because I talk to her an spend time to hear her an my oldest son calls his father a monster my two youngest don't know what going on I put my son an my youngest in therapy an my son has to go to summer school an I told there father an he don't take him I need my children with me please give me back my children

Judge Hafar doesn't listen to the attorneys or the people who can offer good information to help him make an informed decision. He tries to rush everyone through, keeps his eye on the clock and gives the impression that he does not want to miss lunch or work all day. He also doesn't know the statutes, and often gets them wrong, but attorneys are afraid to correct him.

I see things much differently now just in processing all the emotions, feelings and how did I get here. The Judges call may be impossible for me now, I actually think that it will help me more in the end and for that I am grateful. Shame on me!

I didn't think that I could be in a more abusive relationship that the one I have been married to, alas, I have been assigned to Judge Barry Hafar. He allowed perjured testimony, kicked out the majority of my husbands income where decades of proof exists. A judges decretion is only as good as the judges ability to exercise it. My children and I got screwed! Score one more for an Oklahoma sex & porn addict and kick all reason to the curb. Shame on you!

This judge ignored two positive drug tests and still placed two children in this persons custody, one positive result was for marijuana and the other positive result was for cocaine but yet the children are still in this persons custody.

My wife was a piece of work and Judge Hafar seen right thru her. Its been two months and already she has been arrested for shoplifting has no job and has alias to get to our son at school. She is on supervised visitation and has yet set up a time to see our son. Judge Hafar made the right call for our sons wellbeing!!!

The dishonorable judge Barry f. Hafer rewards drug addicts, domestic violence convicts, adulterers and a perjurer with soul custody of an infant. This man should be removed from the bench. He also has a regular group of atourneys that he plays golf with and allows to practice law in his court room. Everyone should take the time and file a judicial complaint aginst this evil man.

Judge was completely biased in a divorce proceeding 07/15/2001. Jennings vs Jennings. Awarded everything to the husband who was a convicted felon.The paperwork the wife had was dismissed as hearsay. After 11 years of marriage where both parties worked and contributed salaries, he awarded the vehicles, house, property, and anything he wanted to remove between 1-7pm the following day to the husband. The wife was allowed to keep the vehicle she drove for work and her clothes. How is that just? It's not equitable or fair. It's completely biased.

Judge Hafar does not want to know the truth as much as he wants to eat a sandwich. Justice, rights, fairness, and especially humanity are annoying, foreign concepts for this creature.
I will forever regret even thinking that my voice could be heard, or that a judge would care about anything at all but money. And a sandwich.
The way he handles the courtroom says everything about our Oklahoma government.

(honorable stretches the boundaries of truth)Judge Barry Hafar seems like a very intelligent lawyer.However once you have been in his courtroom you soon learn that there is no concern for feelings,actions or motives of persons involved whatsoever. he is not even needed in his own court room as it is a simple financial transaction that favors the one with a vagina 99.99 percent of the time. If you want to see the personal paternity log i have kept since my son was kidnapped by his mother in July of 2008 and read all the hateful and disgusting things a scorned woman is capable of and still be given full custody of a child simply because she is a woman, write me at krynklown@gmail.com and i will open your eyes to just what a wonderful piece of work Judge Hafar really is........
