Rating:1.0
Comments:
Like other comments, I witnessed Judge James also use extreme bias in a medical malpractice case. She was condescending and her rulings ignored case law and statute, treating the pro se plaintiff with disrespect. Definitely ensures an appeal.

I am currently witnessing Judge James use extreme bias in an ongoing medical malpractice case. I have more than 20 times witnessed her que the defense attorney to object and make nods, head shaking and addressing witnesses directly about their testimony which appears to bias this secific case. I hope the adminisration will review the camera in the room and take appropriate action to discipline this very bias judge...so far she is ensuring an appeal by the plaintiff. Ive never witnessed such a scene before. Shame on this very Bias Judge.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: OR89
Rating:2.0
Comments:
Demonstrated extreme prejudice disfavoring ballot measure 37. Demonstrated ignorance of constitutional predicates under state and federal law. Punctual.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: OR29
Rating:2.5
Comments:
A crusader: pro-defendant in civil cases, acts as the prosecutor in criminal cases. She's all about herself, and seems to be running for appointment to the appellate or federal benches -- where she would be even worse.
