Judge Cobb was elected recently after approximately a million years as Probate Commissioner. She knows probate inside and out -- better than any attorney who appears before her (seriously). When she got elected the powers that be gave her a full family law docket on top of her mostly-full probate docket, so her docket is totally slammed.

Only gripe is that she is probably too polite -- some arguments should be laughed out of court, but she is scrupulously evenhanded and lets every lawyer have his or her say.
